Sarah Hufford and Jess West Costumes are excited to announce photography packages! If Jess can make it, Sarah can take a photo of it. Nervous about being in front of the camera? Tier 1: the Portrait

Tier 1 features a studio lit photoshoot with your choice of a white, black, or grey background. Session will last about 30 – 40 minutes and you’ll receive your images for download in 7 – 14 business days. Images will have basic color-correction, crop, and touch-up applied. • Files edited for crop, color correction, and basic touch-up

• 7 – 14 business day turnaround for downloadable delivery

Tier 2: Character Immersion

Tier 2 features a studio lit photoshoot with your choice of a white, black, or grey background. Session will last about 60 – 70 minutes and you’ll receive your session of images for download in 14 – 17 business days. Images will have basic color-correction, crop, and touch-up applied as well as selected special FX editing. Add photoshopped effects, or swap out the background for complete character/costume immersion! (Please note: background swaps will be influenced by your costumes, but not a direct screenshot of any copyrighted media) Tier 2 starts at $375; please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page for any pricing inquiries, questions, and scheduling.

• White/Black/Grey background option

• Files edited for crop, color correction, and basic touch-up

• 14 - 17 business day turnaround for downloadable delivery depending on FX chosen

• Swap background for accurate character/costume setting – 1 pose (chosen before you leave session)

• Add Photoshopped FX if desired (weapons flare/ auras/ magic, etc) – up to 2 poses (chosen before you leave session)

Tier 3: The Real Deal

Tier 3 features a studio lit photoshoot with your choice of color background and an on-site shoot. The Studio Session will last about 60 – 70 minutes, and the On-site will be determined once a location has been found. Nothing brings the character to life more than putting it in a real location. Images will be available for download 14 – 17 business days after the on-site shoot. Images will have basic color-correction, crop, and touch-up applied as well as selected special FX editing. FX editing can be applied to both the on-site shoot and the studio shoot. • On-site, realistic feeling to character/costume (Locations outside the greater Indianapolis area will result in extra fees)

Pixelstick Light Painting

Add customizable lighting effects to your studio or on set photoshoot. This programmable light source can do text, drawings, swooshes, anything!

Business Cards

If you are planning to take your costume to a con, these cards are a must! The front features a photograph of you in your costume and the back has all your social media tags. Simply hand these out to people taking photos with you to find your photos later!
